I placed a wholesale order and was happy with how it went. Shipping was faster than I expected, and everything arrived looking good enough for what I paid. I’m definitely mindful of cost when ordering in bulk, so I was glad the quality felt fair for the price.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color and had to exchange it. I think it took a couple of days to hear back, which felt a little slow, but they were nice about it and explained clearly what I needed to send in. The replacement showed up in good shape and it was the color I wanted. Maybe not the fastest exchange process, but overall I’d say it went fine.

What did get annoying was the constant reminders and follow-up messages — they felt a little aggressive, like I was being nudged way too often. Not a terrible experience overall, but nothing amazing either. I’d maybe order again if I wasn’t in any hurry.

I got my order the style is really cute, so at least it has that going for it. The material just feels a little thinner than I expected and not exactly super soft or high quality. It’s not awful or anything, and I’ll still use it, but it kind of has that “looks better from a distance” vibe. Not sure I’d buy it again.

I got a headband from topitoffaccessories.com and yeah, it’s really comfy in a way I didn’t expect. It doesn’t do that annoying squeezing thing on my head like some headbands do. I wore it pretty much all day and at one point I kind of forgot it was even there, which is nice and also weirdly impressive.

The refund came through without any back and forth or weird delays. I was surprised by how painless it was. I wish more online stores handled returns like this because it makes such a difference...

Top It Off looks nice from what I’ve seen, and some of the styles are cute. I was browsing around and kind of went back and forth on it because the reviews seem a little mixed. Some people seem happy with what they got, but then others mention slow shipping, which always makes me hesitate a bit. I’d probably still try it if I saw something I really liked, but I wouldn’t go in expecting everything to be perfect.

I found what I was looking for, actually, but the site felt kind of slow and not very smooth on my phone. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and the menu could definitely be easier to use. Checkout was fine once I got to it. Overall, it’s not a bad site, just feels like it could use a little cleanup.

I really liked the look of the pieces, and I want to be fair—they are cute. But the sizing felt smaller than expected, so I think it’s only right to mention that for anyone deciding what to order. I’d probably size up next time.
